UGREEN NAS APP Center Developer Identity Verification and Management
To ensure the security of the platform ecosystem, protect user rights and interests, and comply with applicable laws and regulations worldwide, the UGREEN NAS App Center implements strict identity verification for all developers. Developers shall complete identity verification prior to registration and app listing. Once a developer passes identity verification, the platform will publicize the developer's information on the app detail page to facilitate oversight by users and the public.
I. Developer Identity Verification Materials Description
During registration, developers shall fill in the App Operator and App Basic Information Form and submit identity verification materials according to their entity type (individual or organization). Please ensure that the information provided in the App Operator and App Basic Information Form is consistent with the submitted identity verification materials.
1. Individual Developers
Individual developers in the Chinese mainland shall provide their ID card numbers and mobile phone numbers for identity verification.
Individual developers in countries/regions outside the Chinese mainland (for the purpose hereof, including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan Region of China) shall submit the following two types of documents for identity verification:
- Identity proof documents, such as a passport, ID card, driver's license, or residence permit
- Address proof documents, such as identity documents with address information, a utility bill, insurance policy, credit card statement, or bank statement
Developers shall ensure that the identity information they provide is consistent with the submitted verification materials and may not use pseudonyms, stage names, or fictional identities.
2. Business/Organization Developers
Business/organization developers in the Chinese mainland shall provide their business licenses and uniform social credit codes for identity verification.
Business/organization developers in countries/regions outside the Chinese mainland (for the purpose hereof, including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan Region of China) shall submit the following three types of documents for identity verification:
- Company registration documents, such as a certificate of incorporation, business license/commercial register entry, or tax certificate
- A photo ID of the company's authorized representative. An authorized representative is any person with legal authority to represent the organization (e.g., CEO, director, legal representative). The photo ID may be issued by any government authority.
- Proof of authorization.
3. Notes
- Developers in countries/regions outside the Chinese mainland (for the purpose hereof, including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan Region of China) may submit local identity/company certificates. We will conduct compliance reviews according to the applicable laws and regulations of the developer's country/region.
- The platform reserves the right, where required by compliance regulations in different countries or regions to meet compliance requirements for information disclosure, to require supplementary explanation of the actual controller, principal places of business, or legal contact points.
- All materials provided by developers shall be authentic, valid, and up to date. If a developer’s entity information changes, the developer shall promptly update the information on the platform and complete identity verification again. Submission of outdated or falsified materials may result in registration failure or permanent account suspension.
- Generally, verification is completed within 3-7 working days after complete materials are provided by developers (postponed accordingly during the Chinese mainland public holidays). The actual timeline is subject to the review progress of the platform.
II. APP Center Platform Information Disclosure Rules
The platform will display the following information on the app detail page:

In addition to the information listed above, the APP Center reserves the right to disclose other information or materials submitted by developers in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the countries or regions where the app is to be listed.
