UGREEN NAS APP Center Appeal Procedures
I. Appeal materials
If you, as a developer, receive a notice from UGREEN regarding an app violation, we suggest that you first carefully read the notice, check whether your app has any violation, and proactively make corrections to restore the app to normal status.
If you disagree with UGREEN's decision, you may submit your appeal materials by replying to the designated email within 7 working days of receiving the notice. If you fail to submit your appeal materials within the specified period, we will consider that you accept UGREEN's decision.

III. Handling process
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of developers and improve the efficiency of appeal processing, UGREEN has established a unified mechanism for appeal acceptance and review as follows:
1. Appeal acceptance
Developers may submit appeal materials to the designated email address stated in the notice. UGREEN shall conduct a formal review of the completeness of the appeal materials received. If the submitted appeal materials are complete, the case will proceed to the review process. If the materials are incomplete, UGREEN shall inform developers of all required supplementary materials at one time, and developers shall provide such materials within the specified period.
2. Review and evaluation
UGREEN will organize dedicated personnel to review the original handling basis, appeal materials, technical test results, and records. If necessary, UGREEN may require complainants to provide supplementary information or facilitate communication between the parties. The review shall adhere to the principles of objectivity and impartiality.
Please note that UGREEN will only conduct a substantive review of appeals that are based on clear facts and sufficient evidence. UGREEN reserves the right to dismiss appeals lacking substantive content and basis or request supplementary materials accordingly. In cases of clearly false submissions, repeated submissions, or abuse of the appeal mechanism, UGREEN reserves the right to reject the appeal or restrict appeal privileges.
3. Notification of handling result
UGREEN will inform both the original complainant and the appellant of the appeal result via email. If a dispute has entered administrative or judicial proceedings, UGREEN reserves the right to adjust the handling result in accordance with effective legal documents.
Please note that filing an appeal shall not affect the implementation of existing handling measures. During the appeal period, the original measures shall remain in force unless UGREEN deems it necessary to suspend the relevant measures based on risk assessment.
