1. Do I have only one appeal chance? ​

Typically, you may file one appeal for each penalty notice. However, if the appeal is rejected, you may file a new appeal with new evidence. Do not submit the same explanation repeatedly, otherwise, your communication channel may be permanently closed.

2. Can I apply to remove malicious reviews (brushed bad reviews)? ​

The platform generally does not support removing negative reviews based on subjective experience. However, if a review contains abusive language, pornography, advertisement diversion, or obvious signs of mass brushed reviews by competitors, you may submit a report to us.
